2 X 12 Volt 22 Amp YUASA YPC Batteries In Peli CASE with 1 x 4-pin XLR output, 1 x fuse & 1 x L.E.D

The L.E.D light will go out at 11.5 volt indicating its time to charge or the fuse has blown or there is a fault on the batteries

*** Please add £25 for each extra output
*** Add £15 for pos(+) & neg(-) fuses
*** Add £20 if you would like the battery to switch on when you plug in the output lead, this would use pin 3 of the 4 pin XLR

The Peli Cases comes in black, sand, green, silver, yellow or orange

24 VOLTS battery box output with 4 pin XLR connectors is on PIN 1 NEG (-), PIN 2 POS (+)
12 VOLTS battery box output with 4 pin XLR connectors is on PIN 1 NEG (-), PIN 4 POS (+)

24 VOLTS battery box output can be fitted with a 2 pin SPEAKON connectors PIN - 1 NEG (-), PIN + 1 POS (+) a 2 pin Speakon is preferred because you cannot plug 4 pin Speakon plug into it. The 4 pin is fitted to the 12 volt battery box
12 VOLTS battery box output is on a 4 pin SPEAKON connectors is on PIN -1 NEG (-), PIN + 1 POS (+)

The 4 pin NC4FX is a 9 amp connector so the box max fuse is 9 amp. NOTE: If you would like a 20 amp output I can fit the SPEAKON connector

The Peli Case Battery is 270 x 246 x 174 mm and is 13.82 Kg

OUTPUT LEADS a 4 pin XLR is used to avoid accidental connection to audio inputs or microphones

The Yuasa NPC, YC and TEV batteries are Cyclic Sealed Lead Acid.

For Chargers See Ref: C2 and C3

On all 24 volt battery boxes the LED will switch off when voltage falls below 22.0 volts to indicate that the battery needs charging.
Maximum charge voltage is 29 Volts

On all 12 volt battery boxes the LED will switch off when voltage falls below 11.5 volts to indicate that the battery needs charging.
Maximum charge voltage is 15 Volts

It is recommended that a stabilised constant voltage charger be used with current limiting to restrict the current flow to the permitted maximum. See Ref C2. for suitable chargers. NOTE: Car battery type chargers must never be used. These batteries should never be left in a severely discharged condition or get hot when charging.

Charge every 6 months when not in use

The Yuasa sealed lead acid batteries have proved to be a reliable and economic alternative to nickel cadmium, nickel metal hydride which need to be discharged before recharging if part used and have expensive charging systems plus the memory problems, or expensive Lithium batteries.

The Yuasa sealed lead acid batteries with the correct charger has no such problems. If the battery is part used it will take less time to charge and for best results, when the battery is fully charged and ready for use, it can be left on float charge until required. So if you forget to take it off charge at the weekend no problem it will just improve the performance by balancing the cells.
